Introducing Our New Wild Shores Tour

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our latest adventure at Lupin Tours—the Private Wild Shores Tour! Explore the stunning landscapes and encounter magnificent wildlife at Whale Point, one of the Falkland Islands' hidden gems.

Located outside Stanley, Whale Point is renowned for its breathtaking views and abundant marine life. Our tour will take you on a scenic drive through picturesque mountains, stone runs, and coastal vistas, setting the stage for an unforgettable experience.

The highlight of the Whale Point Tour is the opportunity to witness elephant seals and gentoo penguins in their natural habitat.

What makes this tour different to our other tours?

Our other tours have a small amount of off-road driving, the Wild Shores tour includes around an hour each way of off-road driving. Whilst other cross country tracks leave you feeling like you’ve been in a washing machine the track to Whale Point is pretty easy going and not too bumpy. Of course you’ll be in a comfortable 4x4 vehicle with an experienced driver too. The off-roading adds to the adventure!

Our other tours have penguins as the main focus, the Wild Shores tour has the mighty elephant seals and gentoo penguins as the joint focus.

Our standard tour features

  • Local guides who are passionate about the Falkland Islands and its wildlife

  • All excursions are private. We guarantee you will not share a vehicle with others outside of your group. Our 4x4 vehicles comfortably seat 4 passengers (sometimes we can accommodate 5 or 6 passengers in a vehicle).

  • Delicious homemade lunch surrounded by the tranquility of nature

  • Our homemade lunch and snacks include locally sourced ingredients (elderflower, rhubarb, lettuce, tomatoes from our garden, eggs from our pet ducks)

  • Selection of canned cold drinks

  • Tea, coffee and hot chocolate provided

  • Locally brewed beer from Falklands Beerworks (subject to availability)

  • We partner with One Tree Planted to plant a tree for every booking. Helping to make a difference and go towards offsetting the carbon footprint of the tour.
