WILL WE SHARE A VEHICLE WITH OTHERS?

No. We guarantee that there will be only one booking per vehicle. You are welcome to invite your friends along on your tour so that you can split the cost. Please just let us know in advance and pay the difference.

WHAT HAPPENS IF OUR SHIP CANCELS THE STANLEY PORT CALL?

As this is completely out of your hands we will provide you with a full refund as soon as the cancellation has been confirmed by the ship. The Falkland Islands Tourist Board provides us with all ship updates. Sometimes ships cancel a couple of days before the port call, sometimes it’s on the day. Whenever it is we will issue a full refund that day.

WHAT IF WE MISS OUR MEET UP TIME?

We understand how difficult it can be at times to get ashore when ships use tenders. We are very experienced in the challenges passengers can face. We would urge you to join the queue as early as possible to get ashore. Please do not stress if you are going to be late. We understand and we will wait. If there is not enough time to do the full tour we have backup plans and so you will not miss out.

WHAT IF WE MISS THE LAST TENDER?

This will not happen.

We have plans and backup plans in place to ensure that you will not miss the last tender back to the ship in the case of a vehicle breakdown etc.

WHAT’S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Full refund (minus Stripe/PayPal/bank payment processing fees) up to 48 hours before the tour start time.

Email roxy@lupin.tours to cancel. Cancellations will not be accepted through other means.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

Yes, if booking before the tourist season that you wish to book in begins (November). A £100 deposit is required to secure your booking. This is fully refundable (minus Stripe/PayPal/bank payment processing fees) up to 48 hours before the tour start time. Upon confirmation of tour availability we will send you the link for you to pay the deposit.

No, if you book your tour when the tourist season has already begun. We will send you an invoice for the full amount. This is fully refundable (minus Stripe/PayPal/bank payment processing fees) up to 48 hours before the tour start time. Upon confirmation of tour availability we will send you the link for you to pay.
